Advanced mold cleaning with pulsed laser: precise, efficient and environmentally friendly.
Carbon, release agent, oil and grease build up on cavities and cores and cause defects. Manual or chemical cleaning wears the mold and takes it off the press.
Short laser pulses hit the contaminant or oxide layer.
The layer absorbs the energy and vaporises.
The metal underneath is not damaged.
No wear on the mold.
No chemicals, no waste discharge.
Removes local contamination only.
Stable, durable design for daily use.
Lower mold maintenance cost.

Specifications subject to change.
Both share the same optics, pulse and scanning specs. The 300 W model delivers more laser power for heavier build-up and larger areas; the 200 W model suits lighter, regular cleaning. Tell us your molds and residue and we’ll recommend one.
The machine uses a 1064 nm laser. Operators must wear laser safety eyewear rated for that wavelength, and the work area should be controlled while cleaning. We cover safe operation in training at handover.
Tell us about your operation. We’ll reply with how software, robots or machinery can help — usually within one business day.
